Wycombe Warriors Cricket Club (WWCC) is the controller of personal information collected through this website. Questions or rights requests can be sent to wycombewarriorscc@gmail.com.
We collect the details you choose to provide for membership enquiries, season updates, officiating, match reports and media submissions. We use them to respond to you, administer club activities, maintain competition records and keep the club’s website and communications operating.
Depending on the situation, our lawful basis is taking steps at your request or administering membership, our legitimate interests in running the club, your consent for optional updates or media uses, or a legal obligation where one applies.
We count visits, page views and selected actions to understand which parts of the site are useful. The server keeps daily totals only. It does not retain IP addresses, cookies, names or a visitor/session identifier. Reports may include the page, device category, approximate country and referring website’s hostname.
Your browser stores a temporary marker so one browsing session is counted once. We respect “Do Not Track”. You can also object at any time using this control:
Anonymous analytics are on on this device. The choice is saved only in this browser.
We use service providers to host the site and process information on our behalf. If you choose an external service such as PayPal or Play-Cricket, that provider applies its own privacy terms. Club information may be shared with leagues, cricket bodies, venues or officials where necessary to organise cricket or meet an obligation. We do not sell personal information.
We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purpose collected. Routine enquiries and update-list records are reviewed and normally deleted within 24 months of the last relevant contact. Membership, competition, financial, incident or safeguarding records may need different periods. Published scores and match reports may remain as part of the club’s historical record.
You may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to certain uses. You may withdraw consent where consent is the basis. Contact WWCC first so we can help; you can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Include your name and payment purpose. PayPal opens in a separate tab.
